Lately things have been a little go-go-go. Emails, errands, my brain doing laps before I’ve had breakfast. So I’ve been looking for anything that helps me slow down without needing a whole morning routine spreadsheet. A clean counter helps. So does real food. And yes, taking a breath before opening Instagram counts.
This toast has been my little reset. It’s easy. It’s grounding. And it makes me feel like I have my life together, even if just for ten minutes.
Quick Nourishment, Burrata-Style
Burrata Toast with Honeyed Magic
This one comes together in under 10 minutes and feels like a little reset on a plate. No complicated prep. No fancy steps. Just ingredients with texture, warmth, and a little sweetness.
Here’s what I use:
One slice of toasted sourdough
A generous layer of burrata (ripped open so it spreads)
Raw honey drizzled over top
A sprinkle of chia seeds
Crushed almonds
Flaky sea salt
Bee pollen to finish

How to Make Burrata Toast with Honeyed Magic 🪄
This version is quick, beautiful, and easy to adapt. Here's how to bring it together:
Ingredients:
1 slice of sourdough (or your favorite rustic bread)
Olive oil spray or a light drizzle
1 ball of fresh burrata
1 tsp raw honey
1 tsp chia seeds
A small handful of raw almonds
A pinch of bee pollen
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Directions:
Prep your toast: Cut a thick slice of sourdough and lightly spray or brush both sides with olive oil.
Toast it up: Warm a pan over medium heat and toast the bread until golden and crispy, flipping halfway so both sides are evenly browned.
Burrata time: Place the toast on a plate and gently cut open the burrata, letting the creamy center spread across the surface.
