How Reiki Helps Regulate Your Body’s Stress Response
Your nervous system is the control center for everything in your body. When it’s dysregulated, it can impact your mood, digestion, energy levels, sleep, and overall sense of safety. Reiki works directly with your energetic and physical body to help restore balance and calm.
