Blending Strategy with Intuition in Business
How to make decisions that feel good in your body and work on paper
When spreadsheets meet soul wisdom
When it comes to making business decisions, most people lean only on logic. They look at the numbers, the spreadsheets, the market research, the pros and cons list. All of that matters, but relying only on strategy can leave you with choices that look good on paper and still feel misaligned in your body.
The decisions that actually move things forward in a sustainable way usually come from blending strategy with intuition. Both pieces are needed. Strategy gives you structure and clarity. Intuition shows you where your energy naturally wants to flow.
Here is how I work with both together:
Start with strategy.
Begin by getting clear on the goal. Ask yourself what you are actually trying to create. Lay out the facts, the resources you have, the timelines, and the possible paths forward. Think of this part as creating the edges of a puzzle before you fill in the middle.
Bring in intuition.
Once you have the container, notice how your body feels when you hold each option in your mind. Do you feel lightness, expansion, and ease, or do you feel tightness, heaviness, and resistance? Your body often communicates before your mind can put words to it.

Use your energetic tools.
Journaling, meditation, Reiki, card pulls, or visualizations can give you another perspective. You might ask yourself in writing, “What feels inevitable here?” or “What am I afraid of if I choose this?” You can also imagine yourself six months down the line with each choice. If one vision feels draining and another feels energizing, that is valuable information.
Allow space for clarity.
Not every answer comes in the moment. Sometimes you need to pause. Clarity can land after a walk, during sleep, or in a quiet moment. Synchronicities often appear when you give the decision room to breathe.
Take aligned action.
When your logic and your intuition begin to point in the same direction, that is the signal to move. You may not know the entire path, but you will know the first step is right. Trust that you can adjust as you go.
When you let strategy and intuition work together, you stop chasing what you think you should do and start choosing what feels aligned for you. That is when your business begins to grow in a way that feels abundant and sustainable.
With love and alignment,
